Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come up, and you may need to reschedule. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without any cancellation fees up to 48 hours before your scheduled time.
Since your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, a late cancellation or missed visit may prevent another patient from being seen. As such, for cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied. If you do not show up for your appointment (“no show”), a $50 fee will also apply.
Please note that there is a $50 fee for consultations. This ensures we can dedicate ample time to thoroughly assess your needs, answer your questions, and create a personalized plan just for you. It’s our way of providing high-quality, attentive service right from the start
